For monthly coaching all billing is done through the TriDot platform. When onboarding, we will set you up with the correct subscription fee.

Yes, we currently have a Live Group Workout that focuses on Strength and Conditioning for athletes. These are done via Zoom and we use little to no equipment, so they are easy to do from home with items you likely already have. Click HERE

We coach all levels of athlete, from beginner to elite. We ourselves have competed at the elite level and have the experience to help others at that level, and we also enjoy coaching those brand new to the sport, and everyone in between.

No, we have no minimum commitment. But we do want athletes to recognize that results come over time and the longer a coach and athlete work together, the more successful the outcome. We recommend 9-12 months for best results.

For coaching consultations we discuss your goals and find our more about you as an athlete. We also want you to get to know us. It’s important for athletes to find a coach that properly suits them so we look at it as a time to find out if we are the right fit for you. It’s also a time to ask any questions you have about our coaching philosophy and experience.

We coach runners training for any distance up to 50K. We coach multisport athletes for any distance up to a 70.3 (triathlon) or similar.

We work with athletes competing in triathlon, duathlon, aquabike and aquathlon.
